Some good things about Cordova Meadows is that we have an awesome principle who has changed and made our school wonderful, as well as teachers and staff. We have great fundamental activity for the school and after school programs. We also have an outstanding PTA that helps raise money for the kids and events to have at the school. We can use the funding for new computers, to help our 5th grader to a great experience at Sly Park which cost $250 each student, to hold events for the kids, and incentives of having awesome behavior, attendence, and non bullying attitudes.

Cordova Meadows is a wonderful school. Many of teachers have been there for years and it shows with their caring attitude and their 'team' like approach to teaching. This school offers more before and after school programs that any other school I know of! And, it's the only school in this district that offers a keyboard music lab. What other schools offer their students FREE piano lessons weekly? I live in the neighborhood and see that the school has just undergone renovation and it's just beautiful! The grounds are lovely with it's mature pine trees, green grass and beautiful school mural in front. My children no longer attend this school, but I would recommend this school to anyone!

The pre-school program is the best in the district and the school is also. Those that complain don't participate or get involved. My kids are safe and doing great here. I love the music program.

I have had a great experience with the Pre-school that is onsite but we had a terrible time last year with a teacher and it never got handled or resolved.

The best school in the district and more programs and support than any school. Great teachers, principal, and parents. I like that every child has opportunities before and after school, like reading club, music club, chess club, math help, and the STARS after school program. They also have a extended day program for my 1st grader. My kids love the love.

Top quality award winning school. Best test scores in Rancho Cordova over the past 5 years my child has been there. Great teachers and staff. The Principal is very helpful and supportive.

This School is really awesome. I think the pincipal really focuses on the students learning. I believe parent involvement is important also, to help keep the child from burning out.

My Daughter going to Cordova Meadows since Kindergarten. She loves the teachers and her Principal. They go out of their way to provide before and after school help. They have a great music program with a computer assisted keyboard lab. It shows, they have the best test scores in the district and recently the school, some teachers and the pricipal have won several awards for the hard work. This will be my daughter's last year as a 5th grader. She is doing great and we will miss Cordova Meadows.

I have been very happy with my children's education at this school. They're happy, and the teachers are involved. The only parents who aren't satisfied, that I've noticed, are the ones that aren't involved.

My husband and I are becoming increasingly disappointed with the school. They fall on the heavier side of being punitive, kids who forget to pick up their lunch money or box go without eating instead of being allowed to charge a lunch, they lose recess if they use the restroom during class time (even if they aren't abusing this), they lose recess for a number of issues, high levels of homework at the K-2 grades. We personally have run into some very questionable issues with the school regarding treatment of students. The fundraisers are terrible, expensive cookie dough that tastes terrible and can't be sold, expensive coupon books that everyone else is also selling.

Some time back I had the opportunity to work with some of the older-aged boys and girls at this school. It was truly a memorable experience. The students were lively and friendly. I liked the way their teachers expected the students to be personally accountable for their own learning the teacher wasn't a babysitter, but instead, more like a coach supporting the team on their way to victory.

Great School. Best API scores in Rancho Cordova. Excellent music program for all students from Kindergarten to 5th grade.
