Best elementary education! Families, staff, teachers and students all work together to support learning and Jewish identity. Focus on 10 core values shapes the students' experiences and helps them all become more globally aware, productive, creative, thinking adolescents. Love this school!

My son has been attending Morasha for two years. The staff, teachers and other parents have become an extended family to our own. They have provided my son with so much personal attention and have guided lessons to each child. He is learning what the public school teaches one or two years ahead. His self esteem is high and he is prepared for the next step with the help of those who have been involved. I trully believe with out this school in our lives, my son woudl be a different child.

My children have been attending Morasha for three years now. During this time they have had a first rate education by caring and loving teachers. Morasha is a wonderful environment in which children receive a great education.

Both of our children graduated from Morasha after having spent their entire elementary school years there. Morasha is a school that has a strong sense of community, committment to each individual child and an excellent secular education. Not only did my childrens connection to Judiasm grow strong but their academic abilities blossomed. Morasha provided them with a framework for having a strong sense of self, morally, religiously and academically. Morasha's artist in residence program, regular art, music, Judaica and Tefilla enhance the schools ability to provide a well rounded education. As quoted by a quidance counsler at my kids middle school, 'kids from Morasha do very well here!' And that held true for both of my children. Parent involvement at Morasha is a positive as the sense of community is there for the adults too. It is difficult to put in words what a wonderful place Morasha was for our family.

Morasha is a small, warm Jewish day school, with a great sense of community, where children learn and thrive in secular and sound, meaningful Jewish education. My son loved going to Morasha (K-6); recalls those years with great fondness. At Morasha children have many opportunities - in a warm, accepting environment - to gain confidence in public speaking (address other students, parents, teachers, guests) and gain healthy ability to communicate with adults. Morasha has an especially caring staff and a high degree of parent involvement/open communication. The standards/curriculum provide quality education. Transitioning to public school - socially/academically was very smooth. After graduating Morasha my son was very successful at public school, graduated middle school and high school with honors, was very confident in public speaking, Jewish/secular leadership, mentoring younger children; and was accepted at all colleges to which he applied. Morasha provided an excellent, valuable foundation to his development.

Morasha is an expensive version of a suburban public school. The teachers and administrators have no particular educational philosophy or special vision of childhood. The 'Jewish' aspect of the school is limited to the mostly joyless celebration of Jewish holidays and a smattering of banal cliches. There is almost no sense of the depth of the depths of the Jewish cultural heritage, and no sense at all of the traditional Jewish love and respect for children. The grounds consist of concrete and brown, dead shrubs; it's as barren as the Negev desert, and seems to have been designed by someone who hates children. There is next to no space for outside play. Expensive as it is, the school continually squeezes even more money out of the parents and asks them to raise money for the school. For this kind of unnurturing and imagination-killing experience, just send your child to public school.

This schools seems very nice. Too bad they have not raised enough money to build a new facility. Teachers seem very caring. Small student teacher ratio.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.

Oops! We currently do not have any student information for this school. We rely on the state Department of Education, the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), and in some cases school administrators such as registrars and principals for this data.
