My son & daughter just started attending this school. I can already see an improvement. The teachers are assertive and caring at the same time. They really have it down to a science. All the children are well behaved and learning well above their state recommended scholastic levels.

My 5-yr old daughter started out here in the middle of the last school year and is reading at the 2nd grade level (by public school standards). Now both my daughters (5 & 7) will be attending the 2008-2009 school year. This place is awesome! They take care of the children and the parents (especially those that get involved). The curriculum is above standards and really make the kids want to excel since it is so much fun.

We love Lewis Carroll Academy. We have 2 kids at the school and both have enjoyed a very supportive and fun learning experience. The teachers are excellent, the reading and math programs are a very effective way to learn.

I have my 3 kids at Lewis Carroll Academy, twins that are 8 and a son that is 6 and all of my kids are doing so well at this school, academically and socially. The study method used is unique and amazing to a point that my kids love to study, I do not have to force them to do homework and they will take any opportunity they can to read! The class sizes are small so that they get the proper care, warmth and attention necessary for their success both academically, and socially. I highly recommend the school to any parent that really wants their child to love learning, since then, they will actually do it well!!

I give LCA 5+ Stars, I am very happy with their study technology and also they teach the kids responsibility, and how to set a good example to their friends, classmates. My two older kids have been there for 2 years going on 3. I am so glad I sent them there, it has been the best experience. The teachers are really great, the environment is great and the education level is amazing, the highest standard I have seen yet. And I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a school from the age of 4 to 8th grade.

We are very happy with Lewis Carroll Academy. The teachers are warm and caring, and the academics, particularly the reading program, are excellent. Our child (in kindergarten) has become a fabulous reader in the past few months.

This is an exceptional school! With caring teachers and faculty. Parents are very involved. Academics and arts are rich. My daughter started K at 4 and has thrived ever since.

I started my 4 year old daughter here for early kindergarten. I love this school! It truly has a small town feel- the teachers, staff and students are wonderful and it's like a close knit family. Each child really gets individualized attention and they make learning fun! The reading program is amazing.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.

Oops! We currently do not have any student information for this school. We rely on the state Department of Education, the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), and in some cases school administrators such as registrars and principals for this data.
