We did an inter-district transfer out of the SJUS to enroll our kids in W.T.Eich. It was the best thing we've ever done for our kids' education. The teachers are excellent. They have all been teaching at Eich for quite a while. The only downside to that is that they've accumulated a lot of vacation time and so I heard from my kids - too often last year - that they'd had a sub. Although the school has prepared curriculum and materials for subs some follow it and some just show movies. This will need to be corrected in 2011/12 under the new principal. The quality of the teaching is excellent. Some teachers, however, need to be aware of what is going on in their classrooms. Bullying can go on under their noses and does if they are not looking. Once brought to the attention of the Vice Principal - things get handled quickly and safely. Office staff is unparalleled - the best we've ever encountered. Registrar - Debi is fantastic and the kids love her. I don't recommend the band program. The teacher is lovely but burned out and over-extended. The boosters are ineffective. It was a waste of time. The school needs more parents to be involved!

I attended this school for the full term of 2 years and loved the teachers. While attending this school I made many new friends that I look forward to remaining friends with. I finished off the year with straight A's. And I cannot emphasize the incredible teachers. The clean campus and the great athlectic programs make this school an ideal place to go. GO EICH WILDCATS!

After my son's first week of school, it seems that things are not as challenging for him as was the case in 5/6th grades.

This school is by far the best school that I have ever gone to. The teachers are all envolved, kind, and always ready to give a helping hand. This school is extremely safe and there is never any reason to be scared or uncomfortable. All of the sports and after school programs are great. This school will really teach you how to become a leader and how to follow your many dreams.

This June, the last of 3 of my children will graduate from Eich. We have had a wonderful experience at Eich with the teachers and principal/vice-principal. The staff we have experienced are great with the kids and very down-to-earth. They definitely work to do what is best for the kids--not only today, but moving forward. They are very willing to work with parents when necessary to improve the children's academics and behavior. My son who is graduating soon has been our most challenging. However, one of his teachers took the initiative to assist me in setting up a meeting with all of his teachers so we could discuss how to work together as a team and help him be successful. I have nothing but praise for Eich school. It has been wonderful!
