I've been associated with Shelyn School for 24 years as a parent, PTA preisdent, instructional assistant, volunteer, teacher for 5 years at Shelyn, and now substituting at Shelyn. The staff is caring and professional, and there is a high standard expected of everyone. My own three grown children attended Shelyn, and are better for it.

Shelyn has a supportive PTA that can beat all. Shelyn has a great, encouraging principal and parents. Students are all fun-loving and interactive.

My girl is 4th grade in Shelyn. We love Shelyn. Especially we love A10 Mr. Rogers class. He communicates very well by emails. It helps to understand our kid s progress at school and keep us posted today information. Also he leads us to utilize to Web-sites for study at home. Like us for hard working parents, it gives confidence to work with our kid at home.

I am glad my kids stay in Shelyn and didnt go to diamond bar or walnut. I feel safe to send my kids to Shelyn. Most teachers have high quality of teaching. Not only acadamic but also in all areas. They are friendly and very very very nice. Love them!

We Live in Hacienda Hts, But we send our children to Shelyn. My yongest has ADHD with LD. when he was 1st grade, we tested him and his knowlege was about 4 years old. they offer my son to take Special edication class and he is catching up. teacher are so great. he is in 4th grade now. his teacher send us e-mail almost everyday and he even made a home page for A-10. also he sent weekly progress report on weekend. I am so impress the how he is using computer to teach his student to make fun to understand every subjects. My son is working hard and he get better everyday. and He is enjoying .I thank everyone in our school.

I love the teachers, the staff and the students. Shelyn is a wonderful school filled with dedicated teachers who go up and beyond the call of duty...staying late, spending extra time with students, coming up with interactive activities to engage students. My kids are excited to go to school and i am proud to send them to Shelyn Elementary!!!
