Isador Cohen Elementary School

I don't like this school a lot. The teachers are nice. Even though the school is elementary, the students care a lot about popularity. The gate students are nice, but the non-gate students are okay.

Isador Cohen Elementary has dedicated, friendly teachers in the Basic Program as well as the quality G.A.T.E. program. There are many fun school events for students and families. Involved parents make it an enriching environment socially and academically. The principal, Mrs. Grabbe, is a very passionate about the kids. She believes in each and every child's potential and makes an effort to get to know each one by name. She connects with the families on a personal level and reaches out to listen and include them in every aspect of their child's school life. A bright and cheerful, safe, caring environment with many academic opportunities and social activities.

My daughter is in the GATE program and this school and Ms Graby and the staff are just wonderful people to deal with. They are really there for the kids.

My child went to that school two years ago. It is okay but the classes that are not in GATE are okay. And the classes that are in GATE are kind of nice. The principle Miss. Gabbe is very sweet to kids and for there birthday she gives them candy at lunch.

I love Isador Cohen. The GATE program is phenomenal and the teachers and staff (especially the Principal) are very involved with the kids and their families. A Great School!
