Grant Elementary School

I went camping with this school and oh dear the kids were polite than other schools. They didnt cuss and do bad things. But, there was some girls that were rude to others and wasnt being really nice.

Because my grandson is happy and getting an excellent education.

The parent support at this school is wonderful and makes my job as a teacher, easier. Th PTA is constantly trying to advance the quality of the school and the new administration is refreshing. Staff is good, just a few "less" motivated!

I love Grant Elementary because the teacher's and administrators supported my son with his struggle in reading.

This will be my daughter's third year at Grant and we love it. The curriculum is challenging and the student body/staff are wonderful.

This is simply a GREAT school.My son attends special- ed claa and his teacher Mr.Pearson is marvelous and so are his assistants.My son loves going to school and that says it all!

So far we have been happy with this school. I agree with one of the prior comments about the principal. He does not show much leadership and seems to let the teachers and alpha parents call most of the shots. Still, the students do well. It will be interesting to see how the loss of magnet status affects the school and student performance.

I am a teacher at Grant and I think this is the best K-8 school in the district! I love my job, the kids, parents and the staff. I just hope the budget cuts don't destroy this school that performs so well.
