Focuses on Religion and Spelling. Math is easy and simple and there are minimal word problems.

St. Rita's celebrated their 60th anniversary with a reunion mass and gathering in October 2011. In attendance were students from the 1950s, some of the first classes to graduate. It was enlightening and encouraging to see alumni return and give St. Rita's such high honor and praise for giving them the educational foundation of their lives. I have observed several teachers through my 6th grader's experience, and it's my impression that all the teachers closely focus on their students' academic and personal success. With the class sizes being quite small, they all seem fiercely committed to knowing their students well. They create structures that personalize curriculum, schedules, and assessment, which allows the students to flourish. They help students find opportunities to participate in the life of the school and the community. Students often voice their thoughts, face challenges, and learn, all on their own terms and according to their own needs. It's a school that almost functions like a family, and I highly recommend it to any parent seeking a quality education for their child.

My husband and I expect a lot from a school, we place a premium on quality education because we believe that our children deserve it and that we owe it to them. And we are happy and proud to say that St. Rita's has exceeded all expectations. It is everything you expect in a quality Catholic education - which is not only the formation of the intellect but also faith, morals, and values - with a great community of involved parents, caring teachers, & an engaging principal. High praises for this school's first-rate learning experience and it's many intangibles. The proof is in my children.

Both of my children attended St. Rita's School from Pre-School to 8th Grade. St. Rita's cares about their students. It's like a big family. The teachers and parents work together to make this school great. St. Rita's gave my children a great foundation - spiritually and academically. My son is graduating from high school this year and I believe he is ready for the world. My daughter is doing terrific as a Freshman in high school. I'd like to thank St. Rita's School for doing their part in helping them become well-rounded and respectful children.

St. Rita's is a very close community. All the families are extremely welcoming and friendly. The students grow up learning how to respect one another and learn tools to help become well rounded individuals in academics, sports, and other fun extra curricular activities!

My daughter has attended St.Rita's for the last 4 years. I have never had an extraordinary experience than the one at St. Rita's School. The staff and administration does an outstanding job in guiding the children in academics, character, the arts and sports. The parents we have met and work with are awesome to work with at school and community events. St. Rita's is an AWESOME EXPERIENCE!

I love St. Rita's School because the teachers and students are awesome, they provide high quality education at a very reasonable price and also the teachings of our Catholic faith is a plus! Our daughter has been at St. Rita's since pre-school and is now a second grader. You get the feeling of family at this school and it's great to see all the children growing up together since there is only one class per grade. I am so happy that we decided to give our child a Catholic education and hope to carry it on to her high school years. St. Rita's is a blessing to our families and community!

Excellent seasoned faculty members/ educators and staff. Great family values and environment for formative years which they still have it with them in high school. Parents and teachers work together closely in achieving this. Teacher /student ratio is great for learning. Bring your children here at St. Rita's prescool - 8th grade and see how they make the difference in our community!

This is a great school with an excellent academic level. The environment is extremely relaxing that the children feel the school as a second home. Also the staff is very nice and they try to help you with any kind of disadvantage. I recommend you this great school, you just can go and ask about it. I'm a parent of five children and they help me with a scholarship for one of them.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
