Thoughts on Scripps Ranch Schools?

I have heard that Poway and Del Mar School Districts are the best, but the API and CST scores at the Scripps Ranch schools are just as good. What are your thoughts about the Scripps Ranch schools vs. Poway and/or Del Mar? How does the budget crisis at San Diego Unified affect those schools?

My 12 years old is in Marshall (Scripps Ranch) Middle school, grade 7 seminar program. She have lot of good students/friends at the same school. It is a great school. My 10 years old is at Miramar Ranch (Scripps Ranch). It is a great school, great teacher and great kids.74238

The budget crisis is huge. Two personal friends of mine are teachers in the district. Major, major problems. A great alternative is The Cambridge School located right in the same general area. I don't know of any other schools in the area that are teaching children in 1st grade Mandarin and Latin. Check it out. They have open houses all the time. Ch3eck out their reviews.76738
