Because it serves the needs of special students, who are often overlooked by the general public and the faulty educational system. It's about time politicians, educators, parents, some other students, got behind fixing a broken and unequal educational system, that only served well the ruling class and those with hig I.Q.s. This public deterioration of neglected students across all fifty states, was and is a failing mark to the thousands of politicians, educations, administrators, and general public at large; for not doing the right thing for the students of all races, classes, and sexes. Shame on all of you!!
