Both of my girls feels very happy to go to school every day. The teachers are superb and I just love the way all the staffs n the principal dealing with the kids. Great job n I'm proud to be a volunteer at DeAnza. Go Tigers!

I don't agree with any of these parents making rude comments about the school, Principal, office staff and teachers. First of all, these are the kind of parents that are not involved at the school. I volunteer as a parent and I see what is going on. All those parents complain and want us to cater to there needs. Instead of being involved into their kids education or social lifes. My children attend DeAnza and I love it. Test scores are high. Communication is a A+. Programs they offer are terrific, Campus Supervisors are the best, The teachers are awesome. Bullies at the school, well, like if your child is a saint. It takes two to mingle.I am very happy with this school. And I had my children in private schools and I was not satisfied of what programs they had offered DeAnza is a school of excelence!

I'm sorry to have to agree with the other comments regarding Mr. Dominguez. This is the worst principal I have ever dealt with, he has very poor people skills, I do not feel I can talk this man!

My son has been attending DeAnza for 3 school years now and although I am not a fan of the principal or the office staff, the teachers I've encountered are the best. Ms. Woolfrey, Ms. Walker, and Ms. Milchman have all been excellent teachers to my son. I am never satisfied with the office staff or the principal, but I can always count on these teachers. I give them my many thanks and a round of applause.

My son has been attending DeAnza for 3 years and we have had a wonderful experience with his teachers every year. As for the principal, I have been very unimpressed, and dispappointed w/ his lack of profesionalism and people skills, luckily my son has excelled. Also, all but one of the aides on campus seem so miserable and unhappy working w/children. I have to say that I opted to keep my child in DeAnza vs. sending to Charter because of the higher test scores compared w/ other schools in the district. But taking into account the community surronding the school, my son has made some really good friends and I have come to know their parents who are very involved and am grateful for that as well.

My children have also had problems with bullies. Nobody seems to do anything about it. Also the communication skills with the principal is very poor. My daughter has been falling far behind and there is little support from her teacher and school. Very minimal if any strategies have been taken into consideration. The school does very little to meet your needs and instead does wg=hat is more convenient to them.

This school used to be so much better but growing population and lack of schools has overpopulated this school. This school has some great teachers, but unfortunately they are overwhelmed with new standards and requirements placed on them.

Deanza is such a great school. Teachers seem to care about the progress of their students. Mr. Dominguez is very involved. My son loves this school.

We are fairly new to the city. My child is also having trouble with bullies. Teachers seem to be great. The principal should get more involved and learn more about what goes on during the day with these kids. It's all about communication.
