The only person willing to solve pressing issues and handle concerns that parents have at this school is the assistant principal. The principal is almost completely unreachable. She 'makes her own appointments,' yet can't answer her phone, does not respond to voicemail, and has a secretary that's just as unhelpful. Office staff is incredibly rude and uninformed. Good luck being an involved parent at this school.
