A school is what parents and students make of it. Dartmouth is a great school in that respect. The teachers are very good and make themselves avalable to students and parents. Students who want to achieve, do. Parents who accept responsibility for their role in their child's success see success. Both of my children had a great experience at Dartmoutn and have continued with exceptional academic careers and social success. My hat is off to Dartmouth and staff.

People at Dartmouth disrespect many things including equipment here at school. Treating students as if they are their number one enemy. Having the same activities over and over again for the past years. I think it's a time for a change.

I was surprised to see the review recently from a parent who was not happy with Dartmouth, I can only say that her experience was 4 years ago, and I'm sure was unusual. I have had 2 sons there, one of which graduates this year and I have found it very good generally. There is no bullying, a positive attitude to behaviour and learning, and I would rate the teachers, support staff and principal very highly. Middle School's have a difficult job, and Dartmouth does it well.

Dartmouth is a school that welcomes the privileged and ignores those who are underprivileged. Most problematic, is the ratio of teachers who have been teaching for some time. They appeared to me, uninterested in learning advanced theory in educational philosophy or pedagogy. My daughter barely graduated from Dartmouth, however her High School performance was above standard. She has spent her senior year of high school enrolled in a local college in preparation towards her undergraduate degree at a University. I will never forget how troubleing it was for her to see her failing math grades posted on a wall in the classroom for everyone to see. I talked to her teacher and He said, 'thats what I've always done in this class.'

The culture at Dartmouth is fruitful. The teachers are always readily available for parents and students. My son graduated from Dartmouth proud and strong.

This is a great school for all children. The great helpful teachers are always there to help the children raise their grade or help prepare for a test. also this school has higher test scores then most schools in our area.
