Well they must be doing something right if their academics are so strong. I, too, believe their academics are much stronger than other Catholic schools in the area and I believe it is because of the dedicated teachers and principal. No need to look elsewhere, this is the school! The students are happy and learning!

This school has a phenomenal academic curriculum; however, school is not all about test scores. The staff at Queen's do a fantastic job at ensuring that their students are well prepared for the rigors of the following grade, but it is obvious that there is little dialogue between the teachers when they develop their lesson plans. Each teacher has the freedom to devise their own curriculum, but they do not appear to consult the preceding or subsequent teachers when implementing their plans. Furthermore, the administration does not respond well to parental concerns and the teaching staff appears to operate with little to no oversight from the administration. In the end, this school has great academics, but leaves much to be desired as far as support from the administration and teacher accountability is concerned.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
