Myself and my wife toured this school for our elementary aged kids. It had a warm, family atmosphere, administration were very welcoming and friendly and you could tell the teachers really loved their place of work and the kids they teach. I did feel however that the school administration was very focused on their 'high school' achievements and programs and the rest of the school appeared to be 'lead' by the high school element. Whilst I appreciate that the school has a very successful high school to shout about I would like to have heard more about their elementary school achievements. My wife spent some time in the elementary classes and was very impressed by the standard of work, however she noticed that all the display cases in the entrance were full of high school work/photos/achievements. I guess for us we felt that our kids elementary sucesses might be overlooked in a school so focused on high school achievements. I think if a school contains 3 schools then each school school should be given equal priority and we didn't feel that was happening here. Having said all that, it was the BEST school we toured in the area and will relook at it again when we relocate in 2012.

I have had the privilege of being an All CIF Football Player, League MVP, and the United States #5 Top Olympic Weightlifter in the entire nation and a National Champion in the 77 kg Class, the most competitive class in USAW. Because of CVCS Olympic Development Program I will be attending LSU of Shreveport on a Olympic Weightlifting Scholarship. The CVCS Olympic Development Program was founded in 2009 and in 3 months of its existence became the nations top 3rd performing team at School-Age and again in 2011 again became the nations top 2nd performing team at School-Age Nationals. We have the 2nd Largest Youth Olympic Development Program in the state of California. We boast 3 National Champions, 10+ State Champions, and over 20+ Regional Champions. I have had the privilege of being taught by one of our nations most respected Apologetic Teachers- Sean McDowell, receiving Quality and Individualized Teaching, and many Leadership and Business Opportunities. I will be also receiving a scholarship in Marketing because of CVCS' Business Developmental Program they offered to me. I have attended CVCS since preschool with my other brothers and sister, it has been my family for 14+ years.

Great school, warm, caring teachersand small class sizes. I have 2 elementary age kids at this school, this is their 2nd year here and they have developed into amazing little people, confident in their abilities and always inquiring. Academically they are way above what their friends in other schools are doing and the best thing is they LOVE going to school.

Excellent school with a strong leadership team who know the importance of parent/ admin/ teacher communication. I have a 1st/ 3rd and 5th grader and I am always kept well informed of their ongoing progress. The teachers are caring and nuturing and the academic programs are both challenging and stimulating. They have an excellent MIND/ JiJi math program and students learn piano from Kindergarten. I would recommend this school if you like small class sizes and like a school with a family atmosphere.

I have a 3rd & 8th grader attending this school and my kids are receiving a first-class education far beyond my expectations. My 3rd grader can already type on the keyboard like a pro and he can do Powerpoint and Excel already! Their math program is incredible because they incorporate a piano into the curriculum. The academics are challenging yet the small class sizes (average 18) make it so my child get personal attention from his teacher. If he doesnt understand something, he can easily get individual help or if he excels at something, she will give him challenge work. I can't even rave enough about their junior high program. It's small and personal, and really prepares the students for the rigors of high school. This school surpasses all other public and private schools in academics, personal attention, Biblical integration, small class sizes and a championship athletic program!!

This school is the best school ever! There are no gangs at all because mostly it's a small school. But the teachers are amazing! And we have a great learning and computer program. Kindergartners learn how to type and so do 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,& 8 graders! It is truly a wonderful school. This school is very Christian based!
