It is a continuation school with teachers who care about the students and help them succeed. It relieves the students from a lot of the usual social pressures.
This is an excellent school. My child has excelled in her studies since becoming a student at Pacific Beach High school. She went from an 'F' average to 'A's' & 'B's'. She loves school now and can't wait to get there every day. I have never seen this interest in her before. I worried that she would not graduate but now I feel as though she may be able to graduate early! The teachers are wonderful and really take time to listen and help the students and the Principle and staff are great. They are helpful when I have questions and when I drop off and pick up my child the principle is always standing outside and waves to all of the parents & students.
