Loving, involved parents...teachers/staff that go more than the extra mile to collaborate and provide the best for their multi-cultural, second language learner students...well-organized classrooms using all materials available AND MANY teacher made materials. Everyone is friendly, professional and work continually with the best interests of their diverse student population...differentiated curricula!
The teachers and principals love the students, they do everything right for the kids. The new changes have helped improve the school.
The teachers here work very hard with the students. The students are all at different levels, which makes the teacher's job difficult. I helped in one of the classrooms for a while. I think the students would have benefitted from more focused attention and smaller class size. Even more parent helpers would be useful. I helped with 3,4,5 grade.
While this is a small, older school, there is alot of love and caring shown by teachers and staff. The community around Richland embraces the school like family.
