Not only that we learn important lessons academically, but the outstanding relationship between the students, teachers and staff builds a healthy community of leaders.

MCHS is a quality public school and certainly is an untraditional high school. We need more high schools like it!

EXCELLENT teachers!! The admin could be better (okay...a LOT better) but besides that it's one of the best schools! My child is currently a Sophmore there and they love it.

It allows us the chance to take high school and college classes at the same time. I went to a normal high school my freshman year and I hated it. Middle College is truly a different experience and in my opinion, a better one. We are also one of the best middle colleges in the country! So yeah, we kick butt pretty hard.

The school itself is a very good school, however, the staff is condescending and mean spirited to say the least.

I am a current student of MCHS that loves it! I love having the opportunity of taking college classes while still in high school. I also love how my school is conveniently located on the college campus. I would like the 'review readers' to note that MCHS staff are the best. Most have traveled the world and are able to tell their students life stories and expose them to foreign facts and affairs that they've seen first hand or heavily studied. They help make the students well rounded in that aspect. MCHS staff has loads of experience teaching and are great mentors. I would like to close by saying the previous reviewers comment on MCHS teachers having accents is discriminatory and irrelevant. Do not use that as an excuse to whatever you're having trouble with.

I came to this school expecting a challenge and getting a really good education. I did not get either of the two. No wait...my fellow peers and I do get a challenge with the teachers that can't teach, the ones that giv tests on material they didn't assign, and all the teachers with and accent we can't understand.

I have been quite pleased with my daughter's educational experience at Middle College High. The workload is heavy but not overbearing. The unique characteristic of the school is the fact that the students will have the same teachers throughout their high school experience thereby allowing the student and teachers to really get to know one another.

Very good school, teaches you how to be independent in the world and from your parents.
