My 6yr old daughter is adhd, has a lot if challenges but I have worked very hard with her the past 3yrs.with all her challenges she is advanced in this school. She was in regular first grade class with kids who are barley learning English! They moved her to a 1-2class and it is better but still the homework she brings is too easy. I print out my own homework for her so she can actually learn something. I am taking her out and home schooling her next year. The student are the worst that iv personal seen. You can tell they are not raised very well. Not all the kids but enough to make a comment this bold. My 6th graders homework also is not as good as his last school. Can't wait till they are out.

The principal, Wendy Forrest, showed great leadership not just as a principal, but as a concerned parent. Her superb assistance in every step of the way for my son's first grade registration and enrollment earned my confidence that I made the right choice for my son. The staff was friendly. They radiated positive attitude, and were really on top of their tasks. The facility was unbelievably neat, clean and well-lit. The classrooms are spacious and equipped with necessary tools to aid students' learning process. Overall, THUMBS UP!!!

Although this school was not my choice of school for my 1st grader, I have to say that so far the first 2 weeks here have been impressive. The test scores here are not that great but it is improving each year. I am very impressed with how the school tries to stay close with the students and their progress. They even have a program that offers home visits by teachers! I have had to learn to look beyond test scores and to take in the whole picture. The biggest thing also to remember is that the school can only do so much - we as parents have to also do our part at home.
