Holy Trinity is a wonderful, safe, and academically challenging school. I have two boys attending and they enjoy going to school everyday. Teachers are very caring and talented. They have met great friends that they will have for a lifetime.
Great family environment. Superb, caring, and active educators. A hands-on principal who really knows the families and the students and encourages consistent and above-par teaching. Faith-based curriculum with strong commitment to community outreach. I could tell the friends my son makes here will be his lifetime friends. The academic and social skills he's developing are amazing.
I am an alumni of Holy Trinity and my daughter currently attends the school. I am very happy with the education she is getting and I think they have some of the best teachers. I am extremely happy with the academics my daughter is challenged with and she has learned so much every year. I really enjoy the family involvement and everything Holy Trinity has to offer!
.I am a student of Holy Trinity School, and my first year in middle school was HORRIBLE. I am usually a honor roll student, but that year, I was basically a B student! The teaching was very confusing, and this year, was a little better but, there was one teacher who was completely confusing. Every single day she would teach in a DIFFERENT way, which isn't bad, but it was really confusing. Other than that the school has great sports and activities. Homework is OKAY, sometimes they don't give out that much, but they do give out A LOT of homework sometimes. And trust me, I know it says about 45 minutes to finish it all, IT TAKES LONGER. Don't take it from a parents view, take it from a STUDENT. Homework is good sometimes, but when it takes 4 hours, I don't think that's good, just for a seventh grader. I really like how 2 teachers actually understand some situations and lighten up the homework. Sometimes it's unfair, because the whole class is talking except you, the teacher gets all mad, and gives EVERYONE homework, even if some weren't talking! What I'm trying to say is that the school is great, but I can compare to my dad at WORK. Is that good? NO. Please take it from my view,PLEASE
Holy Trinity encompasses everything you could want in a school. Great academics, with constant monitoring for better improvement, caring teachers, from pre school to eighth grade, and a small close knit family that makes you feel welcome. They encourage participation of family members and treat children very well. The school is run like a well oiled machine and the principal makes it her life to be there. Her name is on everything, which shows the responsibility she takes for Holy Trinity and the pride. Like every school, there will be people who like that and ones that dont. Every school has goods and bads, but Holy Trinity has so few bads that I can't even think of one. I know this is an investment in my childrens future and that Holy Trinity will help my children do better in school later.
This is a great school! The parents, teachers, students, church, and community work together to provide an excellent educational environment for children. We are so pleased with our choice to send our children to Holy Trinity and become part of this school family.
Awesome!!!! Safe, spiritual, stimulating, caring, great parent involvement, morally rooted, academically motivating, a great place for pre-school through jr. high.
My children went to Holy Trinity and now my grandchildren attend. It has always been a great academic, spiritually sound, family based school with many extracurricular activities including the academic decathlon, the arts, drama, science club, scouts and sports of all kinds. A child has all the opportunities to grow and prepare for the best high schools in the area. HT is a great choice.
Choosing Holy Trinity for our childrens' education was the best decision we could have made! It is a solid academic environment. The community of HT is priceless - from the teachers and staff to the family involvement. I would recommend Holy Trinity School to anyone.
I am an alum of Holy Trinity and now have children in the school. With regard to academics, discipline, character education, extra-curriculars, sports and spiritual teaching, Holy Trinity is second to none in the areas of San Pedro and Palos Verdes.
