Dorris-Eaton school prepares the students for high school and life. The high schools in the area always comment how the Dorris-Eaton students excel and are usually the top students in their high school.

The School is recognized locally as well as nationally for its academic excellence. Public speaking, critical and creative thinking as well as organizational and study skills are taught at every grade level. The K-8 curriculum emphasizes reading/literature, writing, grammar, mathematics, science, and history.
