Profile Completeness

ADVANCED

Want to improve this school’s profile? You can!

All schools on GreatSchools begin with BASIC completeness, which includes important information like contact details and test scores. It’s up to the school community to take the next steps. As a parent or community member, you can share what you know with other families by writing a review or answering a few questions about what the school offers. As a school leader, you can upload photos, describe school programs, and more with an Official school profile.

The completeness meter moves to INTERMEDIATE, then ADVANCED, and finally HONOR ROLL as you complete the following: 10 or more reviews, at least 1 photo, and 9 program questions parents find helpful.

Best school on this side of the tracks. Does not have fancy frills or well-kept grounds as it is on a "charter" budget but the academics and behavior discipline for general elementary-level kids is up at par with more expensive private schools in the neighboring school districts. Love the idea of P.A.H. Club and all efforts by some especially caring teachers genuinely interested in helping kids succeed academically.

This is the second year my child is at Ebc I love it there. It seems like everyone there likes what they do. I appreciate the principle Mr. Norton and Dr. Meyer all the office staff. There is a feeling of security, uniformity and high expectations for the students. They believe in their students and push them. I can't believe how many times I drove by that school I wish I would have found it sooner.

the Principal and the person that over sees the PHA club are abusive, no communication skills with the parents. The staff lacks professionalism. The last principal was fired and the new one is as bad as the last one. They do not stend by there culture, mandatory meetings are repetitive and waist of time specially for the parents of kids that been there for couple years.

Dear EBC Academy As a parent you want your child to have a great school experience and be motivated to go to class. I transferred my son To EBC 2 years ago and am blessed to have made that wonderful decision. The first year taught him to adapt and I was very pleased. My son has received that special attention from Ms. Calvio that keeps him focused and determined to learn. His whole attitude of school is now on a different level. Ms Calvio is wonderful teacher and deserves Teacher of the Year. I d like to thank EBC for choosing such a caring and devoted first grade teacher. Ebc has great staff, who want your child to succeed and want to bring children closer to the parents. Thank you EBC you are amazing . I fully recommend this school to any parent who wants the best education for their child.

EBC Academy has been a pleasant experience for us. Especially for my daughter who went to a private kindergarten to a public one. I really like the quality of education my child is receiving. Also teachers know all the students by their names and make them feel special, I like the uniform policy. It is great to have everyone dress the same. Mr. Norton is a very good role model of a principal should be.

EBC ROCKS!!! Thank you EBC for instilling my son's habits & ethics for school. I knew when we were at EBC that the school was very, very good school. But more important then anything else, its the habits & ethics that they taught my son. These habits will stay with him all thru his education & life. We had to move to Texas and my son shows all the that he was taught and habits he had learned at EBC. Even tho we're not at EBC he still calls himself a COUGAR!!! I wish I can find a school with the same type of dedication & drive as EBC has now. Moses Sepulona (my son) misses everyone at EBC! If I could shout out this review or tell my son's story of his education at EBC I truly would!!! Please keep up the great work!

I really love this school because I believe that every year for the staff is a new challenge. When my daughter first started in kindergarden she was straggling and now that she is finishing up 5th grade she has done so good. All believe that for the fast 5 years have been the greatest for her. She has learned so much and always keeping in mind that leadership and responsibility is always number 1. I am very happy with the curriculum at cole academy. Keep it up cougars !

I love this school. I have a child that attended kinder as well as another that attended 3rd grade. The teachers go out of there way to make sure that each child is made to feel special. They put great emphisis on continuing education. This is an english only school which is very hard to find in this community. This school is great.
