According to my experience many years ago I loved this school! Academically well stablish, but now, it is one of the worst school ever thats why it has gained the low rating it has. The staff is awful starting with the principal (Santana).. It has become a very disorganized school!! Not a safe school to take your kids..
We love our school!! My son truly thrived when he started this school despite struggling with ADHD. They set up meetings, did special ed testing, and help him quickly, thoughtfully, and correctly! My son is learning so much and surprises me with what he knows!
Despite all this school has had to go through, it still stands as having quality teachers who are committed to give their students the best learning environment. This cohesive staff works harder and longer than any other school in the district. Their program, Core Knowledge, surpasses any other with its rich content which in turns gets the kids excited. They have all day kindergarten, which no other school has begun.
Our mission is to inspire and support families to champion their children's education - at
school, at home and in their community. We are a national non-profit with offices and programs
in Oakland, Milwaukee, Washington D.C. and Indianapolis.
