My son has been at PCS since he started Kindergarten in 2011. He loves it. The daycare staff is amazing also. Camp Jag is the best!

PSC is an amazing school which serves the Lord, the students and families with heartfelt sincerity. They offer an well balanced array of classes with a BIblical approach as well as amazing fieldtrips, weekly computer classes and chapel services. The teachers equip themselves daily as they meet before school to pray and have devotions. The school's yearly testing shows how they exceed national average even for private schools.

This is a fantastic school, our daughter started preschool here and will be heading to Jr. High here in the fall. Her education is second to none both academically and spiritually. The teachers and staff are amazing and really do have a heart for God and for teaching Christian values along with a solid academic curriculum. There is a scholarship program in place to help kids attend that might not otherwise be able. The parents become friends and are there for each other. We have never regretted sending our daughter to this school and have referred several other families who also love the school.

PCS teaches Godly principles. The administration and teachers care that the students are taught the truth and hold them to high standards so the students will become good citizens with high integrity.

For the difference I have seen it make in children's lives and it's dedicated staff.

I feel this is PCS is a great school that gives quality education not only academically but biblically. They offer hardship scholarships for low income families who have a desire for their child to have a better education. Like myself. My son would not have been able to attend PCS if it wasn't for the scholarships and my desire for him to learn about the Lord and the morals and values that God himself put in place for us years ago.

My son is in second grade this year and came from public school. This has been the best decision I have made. His teacher is amazing and works with the students at their individual level (highrt or lower), he is challenged and taught an array of subjects all God centered. The staff is great and has consistently encouraged parent involvement. They have art, music, math, Bible study, science, history, PE, english and computers in the second grade. I am amazed at how much he loves school. I couldn't be happier.

Had my son in preschool here back around 2001 & it was great!! Now I've got my 2 daughters in elementary school at PCS & so far I am not impressed-all: one-size fits all teaching approach, overload of homework, not parent-friendly, and everything (even PTF) is about $$ (instead of Christ, Christian values, or even parental involvement). Considering pulling both out at the end of the quarter.

I have two children at Pacific Christian and this is our 3rd year there. I have been amazed at the quality of teachers my children have had. I always thought it would be hard to get good teachers at a private school because they are paid less but was I wrong! Every teacher we have had has exceeded my expectations as a parent. For me the best part of the school is that the teachers love God with all their heart and it shows through in everything they do! I am so pleased with my children's education thus far. I would highly recommend Pacific Christian to any of my friends!

The school has a very good reputation in studies and building a religious foundation. My son enjoyed the school very much. I wish they had a ranking system as the public schools so that parents can evaluate the religious schools in the area.

Community ratings and reviews do not represent the views of GreatSchools nor does GreatSchools check their accuracy or verify the reviewers' identities. Use your discretion when evaluating these reviews.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
