My daughter has been attending this school since 2nd grade and has really enjoyed it. Each teacher has been excellent and has worked with her and her advanced needs. We appreciate the smaller classroom sizes. GATE is an especially fun and inventive class. It's a pleasure to be involved with a small town school and receive the added attention as a result.

This is a small rural school with a widely varied student population and a staff of excellent, experienced, and caring teachers. The students are happy, achieving, and improving academically because of the devotion of the staff and the excellent instruction they receive in the classrooms. Students enjoy coming to school and are very supportive of one another.

This school is more like a community. Our students not only achieve academically, but exhibit character. Small class sizes, help skilled teachers reach all students with the latest methodology and technology.

This is a fantastic school. You can't find a school anywhere that has a more devoted staff. This school has happy kids who are achieving and improving because of the loving instruction they get from all the teachers and support staff.

My family moved to santa ynez from santa barbara , thinking that it would have better schools because it is a small town . What we learned about this place was that if you diddnt grow up here you will never be accepted. This was true for our kids and ourselves. There are alot of bullies in this town , and bullies breed more bullies ! you will get no help from the teachers and staff if your child needs help. They will isolate your child from the other children and perpetuate the bullies behavior. We have since moved to another big city and everything is much better! [So much for small town kindness.] Please do not subject your children to this school and also dont subject your self to this town!Let them keep it for themselves.

My kids went here a few years back, we moved because it was a horrible experience for them. Santa Ynez isn't a bad place but it's not a nice place either. Would I ever move there again? No
