I began recruiting at this school in September and have to say that the teachers, parents, students, board members, and community volunteers are a great bunch of people to work with!

I am very pleased with the attention my child receives at PAS. The teachers are always willing to go above and beyond what is normaily expected. They have a great community service program that involves singing, reading to pre-schoolers, garden parties, and much more. My child has never been happier!

I've been teaching at this school for a few years now and I am very impressed with the students and parents here as well as the beautiful area. The kids are always so eager to start the day and parents are supportive and loving. The parents organized fundraising events this year and wrote the weekly newsletter. We get a large number of volunteers here and the kids are so polite and respectful. This is by far the best school I've ever worked for!

This is a great small school where the kids get one on one attention. They participate in community service, music, and sports and it's a safe environment. I love the fact that the kids are responsible and are learning real values. They even have a chapel service every Friday with a new guest speaker each week. Their 8th graders just took a trip to San Francisco/Alcatraz and enjoyed themselves. They've participated in a Spelling Bee, Friendship Games and a Bible Challenge (and won a trophy!) Visit their adorable website at www.peninsula22.adventistconnect.org.

This is a quaint school in the heart of the Peninsula. The kids have a genuine respect for God and their community. The size of the school allows for more one-on-one, quality education. There are several supporting parents, churches, and board members present that help add to the family atmosphere of the school.

An excellent school. My son has attended this school for over a semester and his confidence has really gone up. Peninsula Adeventist has multi Grade classrooms 1-4 and 5-8. I have a friend that is a public school teacher that visited the school and he remarked, 'I've seen kids so well behaved... When I have children I will send them here...' My son's teacher shows a sincere love for children and her profession and the school's administration always goes the extra mile. If you want for your child a true grassroots kind of school that is child centered and honestly responsive to parents then this is the school for you.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
