Shafter High School in my perspective is a great school where the students can actually settle down and learn something. The teachers are very good with the students they try to do their best so not one single student fail their class. They have many sports there for example: boys and girls basketball, soccer, tennis, softball, and baseball. We can't forget their boys football froshsoph, JV, and Varsity team because their in the lists. They also have volleyball. Their music band is great. Their uniforms are just the perfect colors and the best design I have seen in my years so far. Many parents are involved with their child at this school. You always see parents at meetings at school plays and many other school organized meetings. Over all this school is great for any one to attend and you can trust me because my child attends it too.

How many high school principals make direct phone calls to parents regarding general educational concerns? Shafter High is one of the few! Shafter High Staff really do care about their students. They want each and everyone of them to set goals and reach them for a successful future. We believe in our school and stand proud!
