I am a parent that knows someone that either currently works or has worked for the preschool. I don't want to say which so has to protect this person's identity. This person told me that the quality teacher's you hope to get isn't always what you get. I would like to know if my child's teacher is qualified, meaning, that they have an AA degree or higher in some type of Child Development. There are teachers there that haven't even finished school or have some units. No wonder they pay their teachers so low. Below $12/hr. I'm sorry, but that is wrong! I also found out that the Director isn't qualified. She has been there for over 30 years and started off as a yard aide. She doesn't even have an AA degree and was given the position by the administrator. Directors of a preschool should have a B.A. or higher with administrative units. What kind of place is this? She also shows no respect for her staff, is rude, & talks about the parents. There is so much more that it would take forever to go over, but if you ask me I would check on the background of the people you leave your children with (especially if you are paying more then $800/mo for your child to attend). You have that right!

My daugher loves this school sooooo much! She was first in a preschool in westwood area but she cried everyday I picked her up. A few months later we transferred her to Woodcrest and she didn't want to leave school everyday. Now, she is in K and so much into the school activities. The Woodcrest students are very polite and act appropriately that they greet and talk to friend's parents just like one of their friends. I'm going to have #2 child and will definitely send him/her to Woodcrest!!!

This school is just wonderful. Everyone at Woodcrest is dedicated and kind. The school provides strong academics as well as classes in the arts. The staff is exceptionally well qualified many have been at Woodcrest for decades. Every teacher knows every child no matter the grade. The premises is always clean and safe and strict rules of conduct are enforced. My child has flourished at this school and I am so sad to leave this spring, but I know that he has been expertly and lovingly prepared for middle school

What an amazing school year! Woodcrest is an excellent elementary school with the most caring and dedicated staff. This weekend's Science Fair was just one more reason why I know that my child is getting the very best in education. Kudos to the principal and her teachers:)

Woodcrest is an amazing school and an amazing community of students, teachers, staff, and parents who care about each other and know each other by name. Woodcrest has provided a safe and fun place for my son to learn and a foundation for the love of learning.

The best private school! The staff and teachers are beyond amazing! Strong academics and hands on programs. Your children will be loved and safe in this school. Both my children have been going to Woodcrest since preschool and my daughter is attending her last year and I'm so sad to be leaving the Woodcrest family!

Woodcrest is great school. Teacher student ratio is 1: 17 on average. The teacher is able to cater each kids needs on their academic level. Overall, the staff are caring, friendly, and they are always available to answer questions. Academic program is excellent. After school programs are great. My kid never come home and said he's bored at school.

We really love this school. They have a great curriculum and the kids learned so many things. The teachers & the director (Ms. Melody) are very friendly. There's nothing compare to this school. They are top notch! Too bad we moved to different city and need to commute for 1 hr, if it's not, I wouldn't enroll my daughter to other school than woodcrest. We miss woodcrest so much.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this school is! The teachers love the children. There is one drawback and that is the parking lot situation. It can be hectic and trying. Other than that, it is making my child very happy.
