Racism and discrimination. If you are black, hispanic, indian, asian or anything other than White - do not send your child to this school. NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY nor DIVERSE. The front office gossips and has rude staff. I took my child out of the school. They single out minority children.

This is an amazing school! My daughter has gone from K thru 5th and we will be sad to move on. The teachers are excellent and the staff is awesome too! Highly recommended.

My daughter is in her second year at Red Hawk. The staff is very friendly and seems to get to know many of the students by name. We are very happy with her teacher and her progress through the school year.

I love Red Hawk Elementary, the teachers we've had experience with are great and so, it seems, are the rest of them. I was unhappy that two years in a row my youngest was moved into a different classroom three weeks after school started, due to budget cuts and class size requirements. In kindergarten he was moved into a combined K/1 class, and in first grade he was moved OUT of one into a First Grade Only class. Where he is bored due to, i think, having absorbed so much first grade level knowledge in his kinder year. My fourth grader loves his teacher but she's a bit ditzy and disorganized. Still a wonderful woman and a good teacher, but assignments don't often come back on time, etc. He is also ahead of grade level and involved in the GATE program for gifted children. I wish it was available to my younger son, but it starts in third grade (testing at the end of second grade). All the teachers have email and are usually quick to respond if you contact them in that manner. We will be moving to the Murrieta Unified School District at the end of this school year, I'm interested to see the differences.

I love Red Hawk because of the warm and loving staff and teachers who make each day for my child a lot brighter by their presence. The families, teachers, and wonderful administration work together in complete harmony to create the most rewarding and uplifting learning environment possible. This school is an award winner in my book!

Red Hawk is small school with warm and caring staff. It seems like everyone on staff know each child by name. Red Hawk is the perfect neighborhood school. The teachers are dedicated to providing the best instruction for each child no matter what level. We love this school!!

RHES has THE most dedicated teachers, administration and parents. Although school funding has been cut substantially, the quality of education that is provided daily has not. The teachers consistently show a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest toward each of the students. A truly awesome and remarkable school!

Red Hawk is truly a unique school. The teachers are superior, dedicated and overall outstanding. My sons have been in their multi-age classes and have been academically challenged. Their curriculum is differentiated to meet the needs of all their student. In my opinion, Red Hawk ranks up there with the best.

My two children have been in Red Hawk for two years. They are both in combo classes and have excelled both academically and socially. The principle and staff are on top of things here, it is a no-nonsense enviroment. I havn't experienced excessive homework, about 30 minutes per night, with the exception of Friday's. Overall we are very pleased with the school.

'Redhawk is a wonderful school. The teachers, the principal, and all the staff in general are great. My son is in first grade and he's extremely happy with Mrs. Hizon, his teacher. She's an excellent teacher. Overall, I'm very satisfied with his education.

My son is a 3rd grader and having a wonderful experience here. Academic programs including computer class and music class are fantastic. Children's behavior is well monitored to minimize bullies. Parents are incredibly involved. We are fortunate to have our son attend this school. It's a huge reason we moved up from San Diego.

I have 1 child in this school now and 1 who graduated last year. The entire school staff is excellent. My son loved it and the teachers were great. The attitude of the students at the school were very positive. I can not think of any negatives about this school.

This school is agressively in pursuit of high standards as reflected in the STAR test scores. The teachers are excellent and well coordinated. 1-1.5 hours a night of homework is given for first grade.
