Congratulations to all the students and staff at Carr Elementary for receiving the California Distinguished School Award this year!!!
I think this a great school my two children attend here and they have been nothing but helpful and cooperative with helping my son not stay behind, they really have great teachers!!
My son went to carr and he has autism and the staff was eager to learn about autism. The staff was great. I will be sending my other kids there.
While I know that some might see this school as low-income and low-parent participation, the school has a wonderfully diverse student body, dedicated teachers, and a PTSA that works hard. Parent involvement could be better but with more communication and parents who are willing to step up, this school could be super amazing.
Low income school, minimal parent participation, lack of information given to parents, and more...
Carr is a fun and friendly atmosphere for children. The teachers are very warm and caring.I have only had great experiences at Carr.
