Great school with good teachers. With Mrs Moffitt and Mr Patzer moving up I hope the school can maintain the high academic and behavior standards put into place all these years. The next set of administrators will have huge shoes to fill.

This school is one of the best schools in Tracy! The teachers are so nice and cool! I have had a great time in Traina I've been in Traina for 4 years but I had to move in my 4th year I have missed Traina since then and I haven't found a school as good as Traina since then.

Terrific! Anthony Traina School has provided a wonderful learning experience for my daughter (since graduated) and son. Just last night my son expressed his sadness that this school year is drawing to a close. Wonderful teachers that really care about the students. The administrative staff does an excellent job of supporting the learning experience. Go Tigers!

We have enjoyed seeing our grandchildren blossom at this school. We have even been able to help out in the classroom a few times and have enjoyed this as well. We appreciate the teachers & staff for their committment, dedication & hard work.

Both my kids have been attending Traina for the past 3 1/2 years from their old location to this new one, and I am 100% satisfied. The teachers are great and work very hard to help each of their students succeed. The office staff is friendly and seem to be doing a good job as well!

I have a student who attends Traina School. I think the teachers are great and the administration is wonderful. However, if you need to go to the office to talk to the secretary, be prepared to leave feeling frustrated.

Brand New School! So it is still developing. It will be a K-8 by 2007-08 school year. 2006-07 it will open with K-7. They will have volleyball and basketball. The school was developed with input from administration, teachers and parents. The teachers are great really involved and creative. A lot of them came from the Jefferson school district. Jefferson is a top rated district, always scoring above the CAT6 bench mark of 800. Parents are very involved. The Fall school carnival is the biggest and best fundraiser because of parent and teacher involvement.

About the tests


In 2011-2012 California used the California Standards Tests (CSTs) to test students in English language arts in grades 2 through 11; math in grades 2 through 7; science in grades 5, 8 and 10; and history-social science in grades 8 and 11. Middle and high school students also took subject-specific CSTs in math and science, depending on the course in which they were enrolled. The CSTs are standards-based tests, which means they measure how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of California. The goal is for all students to score at or above proficient on the tests.

The different student groups are identified by the California Department of Education; if there are fewer than 10 students in a particular group in a school, the state doesn't report data for that group.
