Poet Christian has great office staff, principal, teachers, P.E staff, yard duties, volunteers..... This is a model school for all other public schools. From kindergarten up to 8th grade, this school is outstanding! I wish I could take the whole staff to high school. I've had and am having a great experience with Poet. Principal knows all students by name. No kidding! Poet is very organized, and care for individual students. Parent involvement and concerns is very much appreciated and looked into promptly. Poet lives up to its 6 pillars: Trustworthiness, Caring, Respect, Citizenship, Fairness, and Responsibility. Great leadership!!!

Poet is a great school with great staff (most great except for a certain 4th grade teacher who was allowed to come back). The principal is very caring and the staff and PTSA are great.

Poet has a lot of different programs that the children can be involved in. There is also a lot of parent involvement and support. I would recommend this school to anyone!

My son started this school in the 3rd grade. He has been in Resource since the 1st grade. While my son never had bad grades he also had never made any honor roll. Now in the 6th grade he is a B honor roll student. I give thanks to the wonderful Resource team at Poet. This school has a wonderful prinipal and a great active staff. They encourage parent involvement. With a great focus on the Arts Poet gives kids the chance to express themselves and take up new hobbies. If you have a chance to enroll your child in Poet I highly suggest it.

Poet is a magnet school focusing broadly on Arts. Performing arts include drama, dance and choir. They also have art class and computer technology. It is a great program and a great school. If you live close to the school a big plus is the school goes from K-8. The range of grade levels truly help to teach students a great level of impowerment at this school without them even realizing it. We love Poet Christian and would recommend it to any family looking to expand the minds through education and art.
