Our son is a freshman at the high school level of St. Augustine Academy. This Catholic school has been a real blessing to our family. The web site (http://saintaugustineacademy.com/) says that the school 'works as an extension of the family to foster spiritual, moral, and physical formation.' I would heartily agree and add that it fosters academic excellence as well. The small size is a real asset as it keeps the student teacher ratio small and promotes a caring attitude among all on campus. The school also boasts that: 'By seeking understanding of the Church's teachings in an atmosphere free of dissent, growth in the theological and moral virtues is facilitated.' That is just the sort of atmosphere we were seeking for our child, and we think we have found it at St. Augustine Academy.
