The preeschool/headstart program is great, lunches are ok sometimes the cafeteria ladies tend to gard food to much, parents are very involved event come in several times a month, small school but very good caring environment.

This is a great school. There are a lot of young teachers which can either be a good thing or a bad thing. My son had a young male 5th grade teacher that was amazing and worked very well with him. But my daughter had a young female teacher that was a little disconected from some of the kids (1 was my daughter) but she did recognize that my daughter was falling behind & had her in an after school program. The after school program had started to help when budget cuts ended the class. All kids get free breakfast and lunch. P.T.A. is minimal.

Totally sweet school with great sporting events and lots of on campus musica groups. You've got to check out Playmobil, James Foster Elementary's very own little school rock club.
