Oak Grove Elementary School

The student's at Oak Grove are taught from Kindergarten that they are "scholars." Both my children LOVE going to school to "SHOW WHAT THEY KNOW!... the teaching staff is excellent... I feel like we are all a team (parents, teachers, students.)

I love this school because the teachers and entire staff are so caring and supportive. We feel like we are part of a large family at Oak Grove, even though there are close to 800 students there. This school has great spirit.

My husband and I are so grateful that our children attend Oak Grove. The principal is excellent and runs an awesome school. I volunteer in my childrens' classrooms on different days throughout the week, and no matter what time or day of the week, he walks through to check on things. His willingness to serve is carried down through all of the staff and teachers. They genuinely care about our children and their academic success.

We are truly amazed by the education our daughter is receiving at Oak Grove. From the Pricipal's leadership to the ladies in the front office, everyone works together to provide a positive learning environment for the students. We are grateful for the hardwork everyone contributes at Oak Grove.

I didn't know whether to switch to Oak Grove from Hurley, but I am sure glad we did. GREAT Principal, who really cares. Wonderful Teachers and Office staff, as well. Oak Grove has a very good reputation and we are fortunate enough to know why: ))

The academic programs are great, my children are taught while still having fun! There is band, orchestra, classrooom music, and even a sing-along group for the primamry grades. The PTA is wonderful, as well as the staff and principal!

Oak Grove is a wonderful school! Everyone from the principal down is helpful, encouraging, knowledgable and professional.
