The Teachers are so dedicated at Pinkham. Most of them really push the students to their fullest capacity. The principal gives pep talks to the students and speaks to them with motivational tones. Great school!
Dedicated and hard working, well established staff. Great community of supporters and a strong parents club. Very (sometimes too)involved parents who often second guess the teachers and school administrator- taking valuable time away from the important task of learn and teaching.
Pinkham Elementary hosts a staff of highly dedicated teachers who are constantly stirving to meet the needs of their students. They are motivated individuals, who have been able to help their students maintain high test scores. The sense of community is evident among the students, staff and parents. Pinkham has a strong PTA that hosts many events throughout the year to support and encourage family involvement and support the school. My oldest child recently finished his 6th grade year at Pinkham. It has been a wonderful experience. Our family is grateful to the wonderful teachers who provided a positive learning environment.
I have had great luck with Pinkham. Aside from 2 stern teachers, all of my kids (3)have really liked every teacher they have had. My youngest son has some minor learning disabilities that, once diagnosed, the teacher has modified his homework to adjust to his needs and works separately with him.
Wide extremes in teacher quality from the very best to the very worst. Teachers who put in huge amounts of time and energy to provide the very best for their students and others who punch the clock and then spend extra time defending why they don't have to or shouldn't have to do more.
