I found this alternative school as our local schools fail to help the students in need. They focus on testing and student counts which equates to money. They do great with children who do well. Now with overcrowding, the students who need help will fall behind even more. This may not be for all, but no school is. This school's focus is for the student to excel, for the student who wishes to go higher education sooner, and so on. There are many great schools in our area but one size will never fit all.

This school is about the money, not the students. It didn't used to be that way, but it is now.

Halstrom HIgh School has been a blessing for my child. She has become so proficient in school and feels so good about herself now. Thank you!
