I have two kids who go to Green Valley Christian School. They have been there since PreSchool. I couldn't be happier with how they are learning and the wonderful friends they are making. Class size is less than 15 so they get amazing teacher support. Wouldn't want them to go anywhere else.

We woud'nt send our kids any place else. We have 2 kids currently at Green Valley and a son that graduated from 8th grade last year. He is going to Monte Vista High. He was very prepared academically and emotionally. We are very happy with the atmosphere at GVCS, the teachers and the staff.

Green Valley Christian School is an excellent school. I have recently graduated from Green Valley and miss it very much. I love my parents a lot for sending me there. Everything they teach you at Green Valley is worth while. The whole staff is always there for you, you never fell unloved. The teachers are outstanding and they are always there to help you with anything even if it is before or after school. All the teachers know every little piece of information about what they are teaching. The Eight grade teacher Mr. Troy Martin is fantastic I have learned more from him than anyone else in my life. The Principal Mrs. Sharon Harris has great leadership ability and knows how to help your child succeed at life. You will never regret sending your children here.

Great academics, excellent staff, great atmosphere. My child loves going to school. That's big.

This is a Christian School and they do state that in their philosophy and mission statement. If this is not your cup of tea, you should look elsewhere. Students are given a well rounded education, which includes values and Christ Like Character. Highly recommend this school.

I feel the school places too much emphasis on Bible study and memorization of Bible verses. My son has been struggling academically, yet he is forced to memorize lenghty Bible verses, that most adults would have a difficult time with. Also, this subject is given no point value, so it doesn't help him improve his grade point average.

I would not want my child any other place than Green Vally. Great place for learning and it has a tremendous caring staff. I am very appreciative of all this school has to offer. Thank you GVCS!

This school has no teaching quality. Teachers are just watching kids playing around by themselves. Can not find the way to teach kids to get along with others in a professional manner. No solid plan on extracurricular activies. All requests information to principal have been ignored and forgetten. No parent involvement with children. I don't recommend going to this school as the quality to tution fee ratio is too poor. This is a wasting money.

Three of our children attended here from preschool through 5th grade. The school has caring teachers and good opportunities for band, choir, and a few sports. In general, if your child's nature is to work hard and be obedient, he/she will probably do very well here. The school is much less able to cope with children who are not thrilled by hours of seatwork in school followed by hours of daily homework. If your child has an active, 'wiggly' personality, look somewhere else or be prepared for years of torture. The biggest weakness of this school is the hours of homework and time-consuming projects assigned on a daily basis. I was very relieved when each of our three children reached the end of fifth grade and switched over to Monte Vista.

I went to GVCS for like 9 years, it was such a great school. The teachers rocked, at that time it was still pre-6th, and was relatively small. The one on one help I was able to recieve was fantastic. I love GVCS to death. And, if I am still in the area in a few years, will send my kids there.
