We have 2 children attending Weimar Hills Charter school. The teachers are very committed to providing a rich learning experience for all students. Core classes are definitely a focus. Test scores are solid. Last night we had the opportunity to see the other great things the kids are learning. The 7th graders produced short films which taught them about real world film production, creative story telling, script writing, acting, directing, computer editing, even marketing (their teams created a movie poster) all working as a team. The students each presented their films and what they learned, a public speaking presentation. This experience offered so many learning benefits and made it so fun for the kids.
