great school!!!:] I don't beleive the bad comments. Sure there are fights but that is common in all schools.
My daughter currently attends this school and I appreciate the great communication the teachers have with the parents. If my daughter is late, missed assignments, or has an upcoming test I will know about it almost immediately. It is a great to keep track of your children who so desprately want to have their independance at that age but still lack the know how to do it. I would recommend this school to any parents considering Rincon.
This school allows students to express their selfs and have fun. Their band is great .
Best School for college bound students! AVID is a great program.
Rincon is an awesome school, especially because you can join a program called RAIS, which gives projects and cooperation assignements; The big RAIS Personal Project is given on the second year and is a great way to learn new skills . The teachers are fun and are fair in their punishments, they do punish you if you do bad things, but they won't give you the death glare if you have an untucked shirt. Rincon teachers are the best with students, and about all those rumors about fights- they are usually stopped almost right after they occur and the teachers aren't at fault, they walk around to make sure that stuff like that doesnt happen, but they are not mind readers or physics; they can't tell when or where a fight is going to happen, which doesn't happen as often as people think.
Great curriculum, I'm a graduated Rincon Intermediate student. I didn't necessarily pass the RAIS program (Rincon Academy of International Studies), but I agree that the teachers are dedicated and taught me well. I failed the personal project by 2 points, but it's a great experience to go through.
rincon's great, it just has a bad rep between parents. but im a 2 yr student and i say my stay at rincon couldnt have been matched by any other school out there. the teachers are nice and are really dedicated to the students. its a friendly environment between the students. the educational programs are unmatched by other schools in the area. and we have pizza hut on tuesdays. I am a RAIS student at Rincon and Ibelieve it is a great school for students who want excell in school. This school offers something that no other shool does, RAIS.I f a student is in RAIS it opens so many opertunities in highchool and it gets them ready for college. The teachers make learning fun and are there when you need them. The only problem with rincon are the fights, but that is not the schools fault, there discipline is very good and what happens all depends on the students. I had fun this year at rincon and look forward to another.
it is a very great school and offers many things that helps students all around
Excellent schooll. Love it
