I have 2 children that attend PHCS and I am very pleased!!! They both went through the preschool program and are now in elementary. I love the weekly chapel services and appreciate the teachers dedication to making God a priority in the lessons of ALL the academic subjects; God doesn't only work in Bible but in every day life! The school is very secure and the staff are all so loving and kind. I know that when my children come to school they are as safe and loved as if they were at home with me! Kudos PHCS- and continue your good work!

Pacific Harbor Christian School is a school where students are taught to strive for excellence in all areas of their lives. The new administration has made outstanding moves to improve teachnology in the classroom. In the 2009-2010 school year students will have the opportunity to use smart boards in the classrooms. Great strides have also been made to make sure that each grade is not only meeting the CA state standards academically, but that students understand how God's amazing plan is in each one. I have watched my child flourish in the past year with the new changes and challenges. She knows that with hard work, diligency, and a strong faith in God she can achieve her goal of going to Harvard and becoming a doctor.

My daughter currently attends the school as an 8th grader. I do not have any complaints at all. The math teacher and english teacher have been a great support to my daughter. The school is small which I consider a good thing, not to many students that your child gets lost in the suffle.

Teachers are very inexperienced and several lack college degrees and it shows. Middle school curriculum is not challenging, elementary school is ok, too many half days just to make extra money from childcare, nice staff but too much fun and not enough learning, and uniforms are very expensive.

Good school the teachers seem to care about the learning the child is receiving. The teacher ratio is very low.
