Linda Vista Elementary School is wonderful. My personal experience with them spanned for over ten years. The teachers and staff are warm and friendly. This school holds a special place in my heart!

Linda Vista is a great school. We had a rough start in Kindergarten due to what I think are poor teachers but beyond that year, we have had a great experience. The school is small and most of the parents are very involved or at least somewhat involved with the program.

This is an EXCELLENT school. Smaller, but with lots of outside space. You get a good mix of kids here: 2 apartment complexes, older homes as well as custom homes feed into this school. Front desk was very kind. My kids--1st and 3rd graders had amazing teachers. Lots of art and creative projects, not an overload of homework. I am just devastated to be moving away from such a great school! It ranked the highest of all schools in the district, too.

Linda Vista is a wonderful school. My oldest child went there and my youngest is still there. All of the teachers are very caring, encouraging, and dedicated to the success of their students. The office staff is wonderful and welcoming to everyone who comes to the school. Today my son's class had an amazing Thanksgiving performance for parents and family members. I am so grateful to all of the teachers and staff at Linda Vista! We are very blessed!

I love Linda Vista! My children have loved every teacher they have had. I feel they are getting an excellent education. The school is so small everyone knows each other! The parental involvement is awesome also! I love being a part of the Linda Vista family!

Linda Vista is in a quiet area of Yorba Linda and has plenty of room for the kids during recess and P.E. This year (06-07) we ushered in a new principal. This is where most of the problems lie with the school. The past 2 principals have been very dynamic and caring individuals who were out with the kids in the morning and at the end of school. They were accessible and you got a real sense of what they were like. The new principal is very no nonsense. Also, there are a couple of exceptional teachers here.

This is a great school. It was credited with Distinguished Ca School and is a Blue Ribbon school. There is a lot of parent involvement. My son is in k grade and already takes computer classes;they have learned about art; science and etc. It is an excellent school. The teachers and staff are really caring and nice. The safety of the school is also very well coordinated.

Linda Vista elementary school has an excellent educational environment. The school has a lot of personal involvement from both the principal and the teachers. My boys look forward to going to school every day. Volunteering in their classrooms is a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Good principal but sub-par teachers in a environment that is loud and often wild.I spent alot of free time at the school and at the afterschool program. I don't recomend this school!

Our family had a wonderful experience at Linda Vista. My children liked their teachers and found it easy to adjust and make friends, this was their first year there. We have children in 3rd grade and Kindergarten and found the curriculum to be useful in successfully developing their academic maturity. The principle and staff are awesome and attentive to the neeeds of the students. They respond immediately if there are ever incidents that might cause concern for the students or parents. The class sizes were manageable and allowed for teachers to get to know the students and tailor their presentations to fit their varied learning styles. There were several opportunities for the children's achievements to be recognized and rewarded. We thoroughly enjoyed the smaller campus which allowed for a more close knit family atmosphere. The school also promoted family involvement in learning. Special events like family movie night were awesome.
