(July 2011)
"I attended Edisto High School and graduated in the class of 2010. I was in no way prepared for college. I struggle everyday to be able to keep up with other students and the professors. I would not recommend anyone send their child to this school! I can not stress that enough the teachers did not care about teaching students nor did they have adequate knowledge of the subjects they taught. "

"I was an honor student at Edisto and currently attend Clemson University. Edisto prepared me to face the challenges that I would face at Clemson with their outstanding Science and Math department. Ms. Hill, Mr.D, Mrs. Gibney are just a few of many great teachers at Edisto "

"My child, although an honor student, was not equipped for college when it came to calculus. Although, the teacher apologized for not preparing them, that didn't benefit the students. There is much room for improvement at Edisto although when we moved here we were told it was the best in the area. There are good teachers but there are others that, in my opinion, are just getting a paycheck."

"I am a graduate of Edisto High School (year 2003). I think Edisto is a wonderful place! I am a New York native, and I moved back right after I graduated. Let me just say, that I immediately got a job at a major corporation in downtown Manhattan. I used the skills I recieved from Edisto so........you have an A+ in my book! Thank You Mrs. Sandra Ott, Mrs. Cooper, and Mrs. Keitt"

"All you have to do is compare this school to others within a 30 mile or so area, and you will find that the test scores for this school are exceptional. It is obvious that the teachers are doing their job and that the parents are involved with their children otherwise scores of this caliber could not have happened. There are plenty of extracurricular activities for the students to get involved with (sports, band, etc.). I graduated 15 years ago from this school and was well equipped for college. Edisto is still providing that same great education."
