(January 2010)
"They are improving their academics every year and the teachers are very warm and friendly. They make you have fun and learn at the same time. Some of the teachers are students of Middlesex High School them selves, so they know the school and the community very well."

(May 2007)
"Ther are limited opportunities here for those who academically excel, and much of it has to do with apathy on both the parents and teachers parts. There has been some increase in the number of available AP courses within the last few years, but there remains a huge dearth of competent teachers who actually prepare their students for AP tests and college work. Recent, inadequate funding has also been partially responsible for the current state of the school. Leadership changes from administration down through faculty is necessary to implement any tangible improvement."

(April 2007)
"MHS is a good school the principal mr freeman is on the ball and knows every child in the school there is very little trouble because of this the Dr. Baker also tries to attend all events the teachers know all the kids and they work with them I was going to move but I couldn't take my kids away from a small enviroment where everyone knows you to a large school where you would be lost in the shuffle middlesex high is wonderful"

(September 2006)
"Much of the woes are due to the fact that Middlesex is a small town with a proportionally small budget. As everything in life however, it is what you make of it; with hard work, it is possible to attend a top college and start a meaningful career. "

(April 2005)
"Being the parent of one current MHS student and one who graduated in 2003, I can honestly say I feel good about the decision to have them attend MHS. Because of the small size, teachers know their students and the students know each other well. There are a lot of clubs and activities but probably not as many as a large school. Maintenance of the school appears to be pretty good. As far as the education goes, a good student clearly has the opportunity to thrive and get in to an excellent college."
