Expanded Access to Online School Information
Better Equips Parents to Focus on Education
GreatSchools.org Forms Key Partnerships

San Francisco (April 4, 2007) - GreatSchools, the nation's premier provider of K-12
school information to parents, today announced that information, including school
locations, enrollment information, parent ratings and reviews and GreatSchools
Ratings is now being featured on Web sites, including Yahoo! Real Estate
(realestate.yahoo.com), MSN Encarta, Disney Family.com and Fidelity National's
Cyberhomes.com.

"Inspiring parental involvement in local education is the mission of
GreatSchools.org, and through these websites we are expanding the reach of our
comprehensive school data in order to help parents make informed choices about
their children's education and future," said Bill Jackson, CEO of GreatSchools.

"Our research shows that schools are an important consideration for new home buyers,
and proximity to good schools tops most parents' checklist for evaluating
properties," said Michael Yang, general manager, Yahoo! Real Estate. "We are
committed to providing our users with a comprehensive real estate search experience.
With integrated data from GreatSchools.org, parents can view detailed information on
schools alongside the homes they are thinking of purchasing."

GreatSchools.org features an up-to-date and rich database of school information
covering all K-12 public, private and charter schools nationwide, including: school
locations, enrollment information, state test scores, GreatSchools Ratings, teacher
experience and class size. The Web site also offers the largest single source of
reviews and ratings of schools written by parents for parents. GreatSchools further
helps parents support their children's education by offering newsletters tailored to
their children's grade as well as school-specific email updates that look at a broad
range of school information throughout the year.
