This is the worst school ever! The kids are very disrespectful here they have no manners what so ever. The teachers are not concerned with student academics.

Fitzsimmons is a great school that in the school year of 2004-2005 recieved a rating of excellence. There is not a great selection of extracurricular activities, but we do have a great choir teacher, as well as a small band. As far as sports, we very large track, and cross country teams. The teachers do often encourage the parants to be envolved. Over all, Fitzsimmons is a school that provids a better learning experience than many inner-city schools.

Fitzsimmons is a school where tradition and excellence are valued by the staff and students alike. It is the only school in the area to be awarded a 'school of excellence' rating on CSAP performance. The teachers are energetic, caring, and set very high standards for students, while helping them to reach those standards. The counseling, art, and music programs are exceptional. Almost every student in the school participates in music or choir, under the direction of a master chorale instructor. Sports programs are acceptable - focusing more on the development of sportsmanship attitudes and life-long habits than necessarily winning. Academics are challenging and rewarding - students are recognized for excellent academic achievement, and the small school size allows for advanced students to accelerate or work at higher grade levels for certain classes, such as math. This is also a school where behavior problems are minimal and dealt with fairly.
