I went to this school district for most of my like and have nothing but wonderful memories. Yeah there were some problems with a couple of the staff and students, but what school is perfect? From what I remember most of the teachers were very helpful and willing to make the effort if the student was willing to put forth the effort too.

I went to the middle school when it was a jr. high and then went on to the high school. I have nothing but wonderful memories of BHS. The sports program was awesome - lots of Beetdigger pride. The clubs were always active, the teachers were very helpful - Mr. Dillehay was always my fav. I was always amazed at how the office staff could remember everyone. The facilities are spectacular! Again, nothing but good things to say.

I think that this school isn't the best that there is in Colorado. it does a great job, but a lot of the students, my daughter for example, has troubles with a lot of the students, and she has troubles focusing on the task at hand because of all the distractions in the classroom.

My daugther went to Brush Middle and High school in the years 1996 through 1999. Before we moved to Brush she did very well in school, the lowest grade she had ever had was a B+. When we moved to Brush it didn't take long for her grades to start dropping. When I asked her what the problem was she told me that the teachers would not help her in a way that she could understand. I believe her math teacher was the one that told her 'If you don't understand the way I teach then it is your problem'! Overall I would rate Brush schools the worst schools in the State of Colorado.
