Approach to addressing and preventing bullying American Academy takes an stern view of bullying and we work hard to help our kids identify social problems and learn how best to deal with them. We employ two full-time student counselors who provide year-round student education and support, and a bullying email "hotline" for our students to report bullying when they see or experience it. We want our school to feel safe and our students to feel empowered to make it that way.
