Denver JDS has been instrumental in my three elementary age students' strong senses of identity, pride in their community, and most importantly, an academic setting where they can each thrive. The dual-language curriculum has been incredibly helpful in diversifying their study skills, and improving their overall academic performance. Finally, the loving and nurturing community of parents, teachers and staff are second to none. This school is serving the Denver Jewish Community in immeasurable ways and should be commended and supported.

We spent thousands at Herzl between kindergarten and the second grade. Unfortunately the result was our child was behind and unhappy with school. The good news is we moved her to another school in the third grade. Now she is graduating 5th grade with A's and loves her current school. After our positive experiences elsewhere, I am certain the problem was the school, not us or our kid. I hate to write anything bad about a jewish school because I am jewish and value that aspect of the education. But I would like to save other families and children the pain we experienced.

I would recomend this school to any Jewish Family. The environment is very safe and sheltered. The secular studies reach farther than anywhere else, and students get to learn all about their jewish history and their ancestors. The teacher student ratio is very small and their is so much more personal attention. I am a former Herzl student and I loved every minute of it. The teachers are truly gifted, and the whole class is friends with each other. This school is truly a unique and wonderful treasure to all who experience it Happy holidays and may G-d Hashem the lord bless you!!!
