The teachers and administrators at this school are top-notch educators who have been intensely focused throughout this school year on implementing the changes and systems needed to make SWEC the most successful charter school in Colorado. When students are ready, they are offered the opportunity to take college classes at no cost to them, and this has led to higher motivation to work hard and achieve all they can at school. From a highly competent and trustworthy administration to a dedicated faculty to an incredibly insightful batch of students willing to rise to any challenge, SWEC has all of the necessary components to become an urban model school. I feel privileged to be a part of this fantastic community of learners.
